I'm working on making my town a nature/rain town (I still have a long way to go but it's shaping up nicely so far!) and I'd like to visit some other rainy dream towns!
If you know of any nice very calming/green or rainy dream towns, share them here? c:

And of course if you have any advice on things you think would fit a rain town well I'm always interested in opinions, too!

I would suggest this one! It's an incredibly dreamy and wonderful rain town. Very soothing!

I would suggest very neutral flower tones for a rainy town (white pansies, white roses, etc.) and nice mossy paths!

I forgot whether that last time I updated my town if it was raining or not. But if you wanna see it, go ahead I guess...

Ah, I think I've been in North already! I lost the dream code tho, thanks a lot for linking me again because I loved it and I wanted to go back! It's stunning and very soothing c:

Yeah, right now I'm using only white, blue and purple flowers, trying to find a nice balance (mostly whites atm). I like clovers a lot but they're so slow to appear x_X
I was wondering about pwps, too? I guess stonehedge and most of the rock objects are nice, and maybe the topiaries… Things that emit light are cool, too, but a lot of them are too flashy.
Eh, not easy!

It is a pretty stunning town c:

I would also recommend the hydrangea bushes (if you feel like having those). Clovers take so long to pop up; I've got my first one yesterday and it looks so sad all alone, haha. You could try buying some from here, I know a few members are selling some.

The log bench, the wooden or suspension bridge, the hotspring, rack of rice, water pump, wisteria treillis, the stones and windmill would look pretty nice in that kind of town c:

Hope I'm helping!

I've been using hydrangea and holly bushes for darker spots. But really anything outside of hybiscus is okay. You just gotta use the lighter bushes in specific locations because they light up the area a lot.
I could try buying clovers yeh, if they're not too pricey.

I love the log bench, I've been waiting for it to be requested for so longgggg xD But yeah my inhabitants don't like me or sth.
The other pwps are good advice tho, I'll try some of these. Thank you!

I VISITED SEMI'S DA A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I REALLY LIKED IT.

(MAYOR CODEC OF LIMBO) HE HAS VERY BASIC PWPS AND STUFF BUT I ALWAYS LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE AND THINGS HE HAS LAYING AROUND. HIS BLOG, ANIMAUXING @TUMBLR, HAS LOTS OF DRAWINGS AND HE TALKS ABOUT HIS TOWN A LOT. MOST OF THE ACNL RELATED THINGS ARE TAGGED WITH #ACNL.

Whoa, that town was actually kinda creepy but in a cool way. You rarely see autumn towns, too, that was nice.
Not at all what I'm trying to do with my town but it is quite neat, thanks for linking me!

DID YOU GO INSIDE CROW'S HOUSE? IT'S CUTE THAT HE HAS A FEW THINGS AND A FISH IS TAKING UP MOST HIS HOUSE, HAHA.

WHENEVER I THINK OF RAIN, I THINK DAMP AND FOREST. GET VILLAGERS THAT ARE EARTHLY COLORS (TRY AND HAVE THEIR HOUSES EARTH SHADES AS WELL). I SAY DON'T USE QR PATHS AND OPT FOR NATURAL DIRT ONES. IF YOU WANT, GET ONES OF ROCKS AND STONES AND USE THEM AROUND THE PATHS SPARINGLY. GET A SILVER AND GOLD AXE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GET A LOT OF CREATIVE STUMPS TO GET MUSHROOMS. I'M THINKING OF MAKING A FAIRY CIRCLE IN MY OWN TOWN.
ACTUAL FORESTS ARE GOOD, ESPECIALLY CEDAR TREES. (I DON'T LIKE THEM MYSELF, PERSONALLY) BUSHES OF ALL KINDS ARE GOOD TO USE; I LIKE SWEET-OLIVE THE BEST. WOOD AND ROCK PWPS ARE ALWAYS THE BEST AND I THINK THE BUS STATION PWP WOULD BE NICE. (IT REMINDS ME OF MY NEIGHBOR TOTORO FOR SOME REASON, HAHA.)
