Quillson alert!

Checked my signpost today and it told me that Quillson the smug duck is moving into my town. For whatever reason Quillson is really hated within the AC community, I don't understand why! He seems nice enough and I think I'm going to give him a chance! I got Hazel the unibrow squirrel a few days ago and I was really bummed when I saw her plot but once I got to know her I actually quite like her! Have you ever had a villager that you really REALLY think you will hate but end up loving them? Tell me down below!

I had Merengue as one of my starters and I hated her because I thought she was mean. I let her move out.

Pietro. When I saw him, I was like, "Eww, a creepy clown villager! No way." Then I got to know him, and he's pretty classy.

I've never felt like "OMG, EW, KILL IT WITH FIRE" but I have felt blah about certain villagers but then they grew on me. Ed comes to mind, now I think he's one of the most awesome horses ever.

If Eugene were to move in (I should be getting a smug villager the day after tomorrow), maybe this would occur. I don't know why that koala strikes the wrong chord with me. I've never had nor encountered him lol.

I don't really HATE him...
But he did place his home in a god awful spot and would not move for what seemed like an eternity.

I don't hate Quillson. All of my hate is reserved for two particular villagers.

Timbra was one of my starting villagers. I don't really like sheep OR snooty villagers, but she's really sweet and motherly. Now she's my favorite and she'll never leave. c:

*Almost one year later...*
I thought I was going to hate Croque, but I ended up completely loving him. I've since restarted my town, but I hope that one day he will rejoin me.

I love Quillson! He reminds me of my favorite band, The Beach Boys. I think he's rather cute. I was the same way with him as well in my old town.

I've had Quillson since last October when I started my ducky town.I wasn't really sure about him at first but he's become one of my favorite villagers and now he looks pretty sharp(well,at least for him) in his new threads.

There are some villagers I won't ever accept or get used to. For the most part, I'm not picky about who moves in unless there are villagers I actually want.

I liked Quillson really well when I had him. I ended up letting him go. I don't think he's worth all the hate. I had Hazel and she was ehhh... and she was blocking my bridge so she had to go. I'm really surprised how attached I became to Pom-pom as well before I let her go.

I have Hazel in my town too! When I saw her house plot, I was thinking, "Oh no, not that uni-brow squirrel..." Now, she's one of my favorite villagers in my town. The same happened with Frita in one of my previous towns. I think the uchi villagers just grow on me. c:
