Quick questions (one Regarding amiibo)

I know if I scan Booker's amiibo, he will bring Copper with him to the roost. I doubt it, but will both join for vacation homes with hhp?

Also, what villagers can appear in the roost WITHOUT amiibo? I know Celeste, Daisy Mae, and Resetti.

I have Pelly's Amiibo. She brings Phyllis to the Roost, but vacations solo.

Not sure about amiibo, but I also saw Don Resetti chilling at my Roost apart from Mr. Resetti himself. Wilbur showed up, too.
