I recently had Ankha move out of my town about 2 days ago. Does that mean the next person I streetpass will have her move in? Like...she unexpectedly moved into the void...

The wifi pool thing is really unpredictable. You can't know if she will, or any other voided villagers of yours, move in to other peoples' towns. I don't think the community has figured out how it works yet.
