Quick question

yes and then if you want to select a specific villager to move out, you have to hit the home button and close as soon as they mention the villager they have talked to about moving. Keeping doing that until you get the villager you want mentioned to move out.

This is correct, though to make a somewhat pedantic clarification, just in case, hit home and then x to close the game without it saving who they asked to replace, and before you answer yes or no (after you respond you can ask them to move in again and again and they will always choose the same villager to replace)

sometimes this will take a very long time and be very frustrating, so good luck!

Preface: I have a full town

so a dreamie is at my campsite and I failed the card test. Can I keep asking her to move in?
To better understand the card mechanic its like this. Its basically a card game where they will make you guess what card they have it can be the Red or Black card (which is easy) but the hardest one is when they make you pick between a Heart, Diamond, Spade, and Club. (I really hate that one). When you finally win they will want to move in but then there is a big problem. Since you already have villagers the game will randomly pick which villager that wants to be moved out, so it doesn't let you pick.
