So I missed Christmas in Tomodachi Life and I was gonna TT back to the 24th to get a special food item, but if I do that, will it mess with my town in AC? I TT'd to the 24th in AC already, but I just wanted to make sure.

no

if you rewind the time on ur 3ds console then it will only affect games that you play
so if you loaded up animal crossing then yes, it would affect the game.
however if you just played tamoka****ochi life or whatever it's called and then returned the time back to normal after playing then everything should be okay

It won't mess up your Animal Crossing, as the game takes it as one day backwards. It will mess your Tomodachi Life up though, as you can't get new news, and the daily money when you mess the clock up.
