Quick question about restarting.

So i'm thinking about restarting (And no this is not about asking if i should or should not haha) my
question is: If i were to restart and usually you start with like 5 villagers, so would i be able to go other people's towns to adopt from them (like dreamies) or does it my town naturally have to reach 9 before i can adopt?

I'm pretty sure you can go adopt a villager at that time.

You can adopt villagers as soon as you have your TPC.

You can also pick up voided villagers early on.

You can definitely invite villagers in during the initial move in phase.

I think you can adopt any villager as long as you have less than 10 so yeah 5 should be okay

yeah you can I restarted and I adopted when I only had about 7
