I need to move Ankha out for a trade. She is my newest villager that has moved into my town.

Is it true the newest villager that has moved in won't ping to move out, just because they are the newest moving in? I feel like I saw this somewhere but I can't remember.

I have know idea, I did move in a new villager (may not have been my newest) and then TTed to get someone to move, but they asked to move even though they were really new. But it's probably because I TT and they were no longer considered "new"

What I've done to get "new" villagers to move is move out a different villager and replace that one with someone newer, this making the orginal "new" villager that I wanted to move no longer the newest, however this doesn't work if you want any of the villagers who ping you to leave.
I have had the newest move in ping me to leave, however I don't recall how long it was from them moving in.

I have no idea! That would be ideal if TTing made them not considered "new" 😭

Yeah, hopefully there is some sort of "time limit" to considering them new. 😩

Yeah I hope so too!! I have had some new move ins ask me to leave only when I had actually been TTing years at a time (RIP my island, covered in weeds)
Because when I had Ruby as my newest move in while I was TTing a ton, she did ping me several times!
