Quick help please

My friend wants rosie. she said she's never had her in the campsite or her town before But Rosie refuses to acknowledge even wanting to move in her town

As far as I know, people are still unsure if you can invite people to your town from other peoples' campsites.

No no no, my friend says she's never had Rosie in her campsite nor her town before. She's trying to invite Rosie - who's in boxes in my town - but Rosie won't go and she has space.

 

[Mary]

Hmm. Has anyone else tried to get Rosie from you today?

Nope. She's the first person to come to my town to specifically pick her up

 

[Mary]

Specifically. So you HAVE had people in your town today for other reasons?

 

[Punchyleaf]

No. She's the first person in my town today and the only reason I opened up was for her to get her. I closed the ticket gate after she came in so I wouldn't have surprise guests

 

[Mary]

Okay. Have you been out of town today?

 

[Punchyleaf]

Nope

Hmm.. I assume she has 9 villagers. If she does did she make sure she doesn't have a plot set somewhere.
Has she visited any other towns recently? Maybe she picked someone up from wi-fi and a new villagers is already queued. :/

Effluo could be right. Man that would suck.

She has 8 villagers now. She let ankha go, and no plot had shown up when she went back to today's date

We did. And nothing I talked to Rosie too in case she glitches and really was moving to her town, but nope. Just plain goodbye dialogue.

She said she tried to invite a camper in either and he have no acknowledgment either. It's like as if the game thinks her town is full!! D:
