1. can u wash your clothes like u could in AC (in AC i heard that if u let your clothes sit outside your house for 1 day they get clean a sparkle when u put them on)

2. why aren't my animal neibhors replying back to me when i send them letters, its been over 3 days now

As for the clothes thing im pretty sure that it doesnt work in CIty Folk. For the anumals not replying....I have no idea is your mailbox full or are they mad at u or something? Try it again and add a present

2) You're supposed to write two full lines in your letters and try not to have any slang in it either. After that, you should keep talking to your neighbors as you see them around. They should be writing back every time you write to them. The same thing happened to me.

I have no idea about the first one, but just give the game time to reply to your letters. it can happen randomly.
