So, I did some TTing and now Bob is moving! He didn't even say anything and I'm so sad I got attached to him! ;^; I don't know a whole lot, but I've heard about cycling and things...how can I get a villager to "come back"? Or, if someone has Bob that doesn't want him...? Oh gosh I'm so sad now...

Well, if you aren't attached to any of your other villagers, you can time travel two days forward and backwards until a total of 16 villagers move out. Then you can get Bob back. I heard the game only holds on to the villager until 16 people move out, then the list is empty and you can get villagers back.

Sadly you have to do the 16 villager cycle to get them back. (Meaning 16 villagers must move in and out of your town before Bob can move back in.) So sorry to hear that he moved out on you.

For a villager to possibly come back you have to 'cycle' through the 16 villager storage on your game. Bob will be one of the villagers in there, at 1/16 now. He won't be able to randomly appear back until you get another 16 villagers to move out, so to cycle through the 16 villagers stored. Don't know about whether you can invite one that's still stored, you'll have to ask others about that!

Well, now that he's moving, there is no way to prevent it; it's inevitable.
So, until 16 other villagers move in and out... you'll just have to survive without him.

You're just fortunate that you've time travelled to his move date. You should consider selling/giving him away; just because you can't have him doesn't mean you should void him, right?

You can let someone with an open space visit you, he/she will have a chance for Bob to move in because he's in your "void".
Consider it, you'd make someone very happy. I recently got Bob myself but otherwise I would have asked you.

That's what happened to me, Bob just moved out without telling me. He was one of my favorites. I've been trying to get him back, unsuccessfully ;.;

This happened to me too! Why Bob, WHY?! I want to reset my cycle town just so I can get him back again, but I don't have access to a second DS anymore so I'll lose Diana and 100 mil bells ;-; God damn it.
