Questions before I reset my town

I've started casually playing my New Leaf town again and I just hate where I put my house and police office! I've been thinking about resetting for a new town and starting completely fresh with no catalogue or anything just like I did when I first got the game.

I have a catalogue question first. Can you still get items like the aquarius run, scorpio lamp, and aries rocking chair? Those are the only things that I would hate to miss out on just because I decided to start a new town in 2020.

As far as I know, the Aquarius Urn is the only one that's still available to get in the game without help. You can order it from Saharah's RV in Harvey's campsite. Saharah shows up naturally so you don't need an Amiibo or anything.

I think all of the other horoscope themed items would need to be cataloged or purchased from someone else. Then, they'd show up in your catalog so you could order them.
