Questions about Villager Friendship

I'm just wondering what boosts your friendship with villagers the most/least.

I've read that giving them perfect fruits, writing them letters, and catching rare bugs/fish for them helps a lot. But does running random errands for them (i.e. delivering gifts to other villagers, giving them new furniture, etc.) help at all? Or inviting them to your house/going to their house?

I think all of that helps but I think the thing that pushes it even higher is doing all those things then write a letter. The reason I say this is bc I never get any pics doing all these things unless I wright letters on top of it. Hope this helps

I believe by sending them perfect fruit when they ask for fruit, that gets friendship up the fastest. I could be wrong though, Friga gave me her pic Wednesday for returning a lost item.
