Questions about the 16 villager cycle thing... Help?

So I lost Ankha. Worst day ever.

To get her back, obviously I have to do the 16 villager cycle thing. However I have a few questions...

I had moved out a few villagers I wanted to keep, such as Flurry, Phoebe, and Bam to my other copies (Yes I have 2 storage AC:NL games >.> don't judge me). But since those villagers were in the town the same time Ankha was in town, does their moving out count toward the 16 cycle? Also, to get those villagers back, I'd have to keep cycling correct? Like Bam was #6 in my cycle, so even when I reached 16 I'd still have to cycle another 6 before I got him back, right?

I hope that's not too confusing. I have in the spoiler part of my signature who has moved out and in what order.

But to answer your question, it doesn't matter that they were in your town at the same time, you just have to have 16 move outs to complete the cycle.

No :3 my original Ankha was from my campsite. I still have yours, but she is staying on one of my copies until I'm done cycling.
