Questions about Gracie and her "fashion check"

I'm trying to get the final upgrade on my Nooklings shop, but Gracie has NEVER visited my town. So that brings me to a number of questions.

1. Can you get a Gracie fashion check done in somebody else's town, and will it count towards your own?

2. If this is possible & anyone has her in their town right now, can you let me know? And tell which fashion theme she's looking for?

3. How much of the outfit theme needs to be complete to pass the fashion check?

1. No it wont work if she's in someone elses town for she will 'disapear' when the players gates open

2. You need to have either a dress that matches the theme + an accessory or Pants & a shirt that matches the themed + a accessory (I think)

If she has never shown up in your town you probably haven't spent enough at TIY. You need to spend 70,000 bells there before she starts showing up.

It has saved me. You can fail with the wrong item in with the theme you're given! So be careful. Good luck!

no, false. shestays. u just cant do a check ther. i kno bc i helped 17 ppl get emporium in the past.

no, false. you need to have spent 100k after you get her checks for emporium, if u dont get it right away.

You have to spend 70,000 before Gracie STARTS SHOWING UP IN THE PLAZA. You have to spend 100,000 to unlock the store. Read before you act like a jerk.

I think you need at least 3 items for any category to pass? At least she did for me.

Just buy/order from your nook shop and redo the day over and over again with clothing from several categories, that way you can be ready for any.

Yeah, I havent gotten her in my second town either yet and I've had it since June...

You can actually pass a fashion check with only one item matching the theme if none of your other clothing themes repeat - and if you don't have a on clashing theme, of course. The prize you get for passing the check will be better (furniture as opposed to clothing) if you have more of the theme on though.

As long as nothing clashes as you should pass. Also in case you do not know if you find her there in the morning, pass, then tt back to before 6am, aka day before and then go back, you can pass all four checks in a row. Just be sure to check villagers if expecting a ping to move.
