Hi everyone this is probably a really stupid question but I haven’t played in a while and was just wondering if the new villagers introduced into the animal crossing franchise introduced in new horizons could be obtained in pocket camp via the usual villager cycle or if I have to find a map via the painful Gulliver service?

If you mean the latest batch (Biskit, Lyman etc.) then yes those are Gulliver maps only. I suggest saving trash from the daily cookies and just use doubles in general, or just craft that cheapest package if you can.
