So joey asks for signatures... like at 10:29PM, get them done, maybe 10 mins ago (11:20PM ish), come to hand it in... he's asleep. lol.

does it mean I failed?

I think if you time travel, any villager requests are erased, arent they? i would just quit and restart a few times and see if hes awake, or maybe wake him up?
