if a villager moves into a bad spot then how can I plot reset?

If you loaded up your mayor or another already made character, then they're stuck in that spot.

The only way to plot reset is to "create a new file", go through all the Rover dialogue and keep resetting your game until they plot where you want them.

if you loaded up a character that already lives in town then you can't plot reset anymore. here's a guide to plot resetting
