Question

So on Sunday I picked up Flurry from someone's town, but she still hasn't placed her house and I've never had a villager wait this long. Ankha was moving out of my town the same day, but I still had room for Flurry and she said she was going to move to my town. I'm down to 8 now that Ankha's gone, and she didn't show up with her ropes yesterday or today. Has anyone ever had someone do this? I don't know how she could have been booted, she said she was coming. Usually villagers show up the very next day and only take a couple days if it's from the campsite. She's a dreamie of mine and I have a specific spot for her to go, so I don't want to load up my mayor and have her set somewhere then have to let her go and 16-cycle for her. And at the same time I don't want her to get replaced by someone else now that I have 8.

Ankha left on Monday, right? So Flurry should be here tomorrow, 1-2 days after her Villagers cannot move in while another villager is moving out.

EDIT: Toy Day may interfere but I am not sure.

I had to wait 2 days before my Fang appeared because Lolly was in boxes the day i asked him to move in so maybe it takes a while?

Yeah Ankha was in boxes on Sunday, so she would have been gone Monday. That's so weird. I guess I've never had that happen before. Cause she didn't show up today at all either when I went to plot reset her. Hopefully she won't have trouble tomorrow since it's Toy Day. Thanks!

Turns out I am having the same problem. Tia left yesterday and I asked Skye to move in on the same day, but she isn't here today, and she might not be here tomorrow because of Toy Day. So I think we will both have our move-ins on the same day!

Okay I was just worried in case something happened and she got booted. Being at 8 makes me nervous cause I don't want someone to swoop in and kick her out or something. Hopefully Toy Day shouldn't interfere. But I dunno. I've never had someone move in on a holiday before.
