Question for the beetles on the island

So if I plant banana trees on my beach would they spawn just as frequently as they would on the island?

Probably not as frequently because it's a much larger area, but you would get some, but only in summer I think

I've had only a few trees on my beach and then tried many trees. You'll get a few from time to time but nothing like island hunting.

This is a guess, but try planting two beach trees, to increase the spawn rate. But you might as well use island to do that trick

They only appear in summer, and as it's a muuuuuch greater area, the spawn rate would go down
