I?m really trying to be good and not time travel in Fujimori, but I?m getting impatient! It really hit home today because I placed a new PWP and immediately wanted to move an old one, but I?ll have to wait 48 hours and it is bothering me so much. How do you guys have the patience fo keep at it and play a day at a time without wanting to skip ahead a few days????

What do you mean by move? As in demolish and put it elsewhere? You can build a pwp and demolish another on the same day. Just ask to build one first, place it but don't pay it off. Then go back and ask to demolish a pwp. Once you do that, you can go ahead and pay off the pwp.

That’s only part of it. I’m so used to time traveling that I really just want to do it again so I can work on my town and do a bunch of stuff.

i feel like there's just so much to do in terms of badges to earn, villager friendships to develop, etc. that i don't mind waiting for some of the time-based things. its also sooo satisfying knowing that i put in so much time when i finally accomplish something, so hpefully that's something you can remember to stay strong!

Also when it comes to having patience, I think it's all about having other things to focus on doing while waiting for the next day. I landscape, make patterns, decorate my house, do tours, etc. It keeps my days in my town busy enough that waiting is easy. I like the excitement of waking up the next day and checking my town to see all the fruits of my labour :)

I am the exact opposite. I try not to play too much, so I don't get burned out. If I try to accomplish everything in one go, the game stops being fun for me and I need to take to break.

And if that's your play style that's fine :) just trying to tell OP how to keep their mind off time travelling to get things done faster. Sometimes the wait is the best part. Seeing your town in the morning with bushes and trees growing, and your pwps built.

Waiting for something instead of time traveling really pays off. I have many thing to do in the game so I wouldnt really wanna time travel. I can understand how you can be impatient for PWPs,I really wanted my cafe right away but I had to wait for it :P

Ah, I'm sorry if I offended you somehow. Its just that I've been playing this game for years now, and I struggle with an anxiety disorder. The maps in the game actually give me claustrophobia. So I need to take things slow when I play, and just go one day at a time.

For me, the anticipation is part of the fun. I love checking in on things each day, watching the trees and bushes grow, and knowing I have something to do the next day (like starting a new PWP). I have never felt a need to jump ahead and see it all finished because I like to watch my town evolve slowly over time.

Plus, there's always more that I want to do in a day. It could be because most days I only get an hour or two to play at night, and doing my dailies can take up a quarter to a half of that time, but I always have plenty of other things to keep me occupied. I work on my badges and my landscaping slowly, just a little bit at a time. I visit dream towns or go to the island to earn money. Sometimes, I'm just happy to hang out with my animals or enjoy a spot of my town that I've recently completed.

I enjoy taking the game at a slow, relaxing pace so I don't have to fight the urge to time travel; I never feel the temptation to time travel in the first place.

I'm trying not to time travel as well. I used to do it so much that it really burned me out quick. There was actually one time I didn't time travel for almost two months and got really far into my town. Sadly though I reset as soon as it hit Christmas time. Patience is not easy, but trust me, you don't want to do everything so quickly. Just take your time and like everyone else said, find some other things to take up the whole day and keep yourself busy. That's what I did when I didn't time travel for the two months. :)

This is encouraging, y?all. Thanks so much. I almost gave in, lol. I?ll try to remember all this next time I get the urge.

I do not have the patience to not TT. Lately I can only play 1 or 2 hours a day if I have work, or when I don't I still don't play as often as I used to because the list of things I have to do just keep getting longer. So when I do play, it's only for a little bit. I can't wait 2-4 irl days for an animal to move in so I can plot reset them, I don't want to wait 2 or more days to have the PWP paid off so I can build the next one, I can't wait for the animal to FINALLY move out in the next coming week. I'm basically grinding in as much as I can, while I still remember that I have to do these things. Plus, having multiple towns to tend too, I have that times 4 to do.

I'm not offended! I guess that's the problem with talking online. You dont get the tone lol. I was just saying why doing it that way could help OP ^_^ everyone has their own play styles. If you like to take things slow, that is totally fine. As long as you can get enjoyment from it, there is no wrong play style. I just don't think taking it slow would help OP's play style since they seem to be struggling with being impatient. So my suggestion was just to replace time travelling and finishing things in a faster pace with getting more things done throughout the regular day. :) sorry, I didn't mean to come off as offended. Just discussing ^_^

I'm impatient as well but there's just so much to do in the game I can just wait for time related things .
