Question About Villagers Asking To Move

Today, Bruce kicked out Queenie (if you want her, PM me) and I'm wondering if this restarts the number of days until a villager will ask to move.

I think there’s a cool down of 15 days whenever a villager has a thought bubble, regardless of what you answered.

Campsite villagers do not affect the move out rate of others.

I invited in straight amiibos for 9/10 of my villagers, which takes 3 days per amiibo, and I've still had villagers asking to move.
