question about villager move-outs!

is your most recently obtained villager able to move out? if so, do you know the criteria of them being able to get a thought bubble/move out?

Yes, I believe so! I moved Bluebear in and she was my newest and she asked to leave the same week I got her! I'm not positive exactly what gets them to move out, there's so many different and conflicting ideas online!

I only know campers can kick them, had it happen when my most recent move-in was Raymond and she was Katt's first choice.
