Question about villager move-outs

Hey guys, quick question about villagers moving / the exiting period. My tenth villager is leaving tomorrow and I am wondering if someone else will ask about moving once I am down to nine. I plan on TTing, so I just want to make sure that I'm not doing it for nothing -- thanks!

Yes. I am not sure on timing but I've had plenty of instances in the past where I've only had 8 villagers!
