If I TT to a day where the price is high, then I TT back to the normal day, then back again to the day where I got the high price, will the price be the same?

Yeah, that sucks. >.<
It won't be the same. Once you pass 6AM, the price will change.
If you TT in the same day, being careful to stay between 6AM and 6AM, the morning and afternoon prices will stay the same.
