Question about trading TBT bells for IGB?

I'm sorry for asking so many questions! This is my last one I promise! Is there any way to trade TBT bells for IGB? Is that something people usually do? I got a fabulous offer topen up a shop with someone but I noticed she mostly gets paid in TBT bells while I'm only interested in IGB. Is there a way to do this?
