Question about Time Traveling

Yesterday there was a half-off sale and a throne in the T.I.Y shoppe.
I was just late (11pm) on last-minute beetle harvesting to go and buy it..
Just wondering if I can go back in time to buy it then go back to regular time and to what that may entail..?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think once the clock strikes 6:00 AM on any given day, every shop restocks. So if it were 12 AM and you wanted to buy something out of TIY and you TTed back to when it was open, it would have the same stock. But If it were 7 AM and you went back to the previous day, the stock would have changed.
