Question About The New Update

Wow it's been a while. But I am back. I took a break from the game to think about what I wanted to do. I have reset for the last time, and the theme of the island is....favorites. My player characters will all be from some of my favorite series. Ruby from RWBY, Usagi from Sailor Moon, Adrien from Miraculous, and one more I have yet to decide. Anyway, I have a question.

Does anyone know when it will be released. I mean, they said the 3rd, but does that mean the update will come out on the night of the third so you can play it the next day, or is it coming out the night of the 2nd so you can play it on the third

Probably midnight your time zone (unless you are in America, then it will probably be midnight EST)

There will likely be a update sometime before the 3rd and it'll unlock once it's July 3 where you live. You'll then have to wait till it's a new day in game (5am) or you time travel after 5am. That's how it's been with all the other updates so far. The update only unlocks once it's July 3 in your timezone.
