If I wanted to ask if anyone could make art of something, like my player, since I’m not really an artist, where would be the best place to go to ask? I thought I should go to the museum but I’m not sure if I can go there since most posts there are about people showing off their own art.

It's true that the museum is meant more as a place to showcase creative projects, if you intend to buy art then the best place for that would be the Museum Shop sub-board that can be found in the museum. You could either make a new thread there to ask for art, or post in one of the existing art shop threads to request a specific artist to make it for you.
