Question about the campsite.

If I kick a villager out via the campsite does the person who wants that villager that I kick out need to come over and talk to them the same day? Or will that villager be in boxes?

That villager will be in boxes on that same day immediately after being forced out. The adopter has to talk to them on that day. The next day, the plot will be empty and sold to the camper.
