Question about the Campsite when you have 10 villagers

At the moment I have my 10 "Dreamies" and I was wondering what will happen if someone shows up at my campground at random?
Will that person (even though I won't talk to them) be able to replace any of my villagers at random (I used my amiibo cards to get my favorites).
Or am I safe just ignoring the person on the campground, and he/she won't replace anyone random in my town?
The last few days I just scanned in a random amiibo cards, so I didn't get a random person at the campground, cause I read that a random person appearing at the campground can kick someone of my 10 dreamies out without me giving permission, or isn't that the case.

The campers can't kick anyone out without your permission. If you were to ask them to move in, then will suggest kicking a random person out. Then you have to choose to either let them or not (you can get a different suggestion if you reset before the auto-save). But if you don't want anyone to move, then just don't invite the camper to live on your island. And whenever anyone asks to move, say no.

No one can move without your permission in this game.

It may be worth socializing with the random campers since they can ask you to play games (pick a card) for items.
