Question about streaming.

So, I plan on streaming some games from my Wii to, let's say, a site like Justin.tv or whatever. How would I do that, and how much would it cost me?

Are they good in terms of quality?

What Mino has said is the setup I use aswell. So I'd suggest that too.
You may need to fiddle around with settings at first, to get used to it all, to get it all working. But after a while, you should be fine.

@Mino, that is really cheap now. Much cheaper from when I bought mine.
