Question about Shipping and Handling

Can someone explain to me what Shipping Insurance and Shipping Tracking is?
I plan on ordering a game in Play-Asia, and I'm going to pick the shipping option which has insurance, but no tracking.

Tracking is where you can track down your package of where its at.

insurance is that if it the package gets lost you will get your money back.
