Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question but this is like the second time I get Redd... anyways, Redd is on my island currently and the problem is whenever I start conversation with him, the dialogue ends after and I've tried talking to him multiple times but he doesn't offer to sell me anything. I just want to buy a painting ._.
Any help with this?

Have you upgraded your museum? Go find him on your island first and talk to him. He'll tell you he's thinking of making his boat a showroom. You need to be on his boat to buy art from him!

If it's your second time seeing Redd and Redd is roaming around your town, I'm pretty sure you cannot buy art from his boat yet.
