Question about reading an amiibo and TT

Ok, so you that after you pick your amiibo villager and Wisp disappears that there is a 1 day wait before using the lamp again.

My question is, if I TT does the 1 day limit still apply?

If you TT to the next day (6am), you may use Wisp again.
