Question about Pokemon X...

I was wondering whether or not it was possible to wipe clean Pokemon X/Y from the screen that says "The SD Card couldn't be recognized. Please end the game and start again."
I've decided that not having shinies and rare legendaries and playing is better than not playing with the shinies and legendaries. If anyone knows how, I'll be eternally grateful to you, and will love you forever and we'll be bestest friends.

Note: I've already tried the up+b+x on the screen, and it didn't work, so.

You're gonna have to do the up+b+x on the game's menu, not that screen. Then you can begin anew.

Do you happen to know how to get to the menu from said screen? Because after the Nintendo 3ds screen it goes straight to that screen.

Yes, and flipping the switch on the side. I've also tried formatting it.

I think you're going to have to replace the SD card. Don't worry, all of your save data will be safe, although if you're wanting to reset then I suppose you don't care about that lol . But rest assured if you have any other games on that SD card, if you transfer it properly, it will all be safe. (I recently changed SD cards).

Once you replace the SD card, you'll be able to access the pokemon X menu and then you can delete from there. Good luck!
