So I wanna try my first Plot Reset today cause I never did it before. I Have a few Questions, Once I adopted a villager from another person and TT to where they build there house, should I make a character on that day? I watched a video on it and it confused me for a bit so I Just want to know, how do I plot reset so I don't mess up?

You should make new character on the day that the plot becomes reserved.
So just to clarify, if you adopted from another town today, I believe that they will reserve a plot the very next day so you should create a new character/start plot resetting tomorrow.

On the day you think a villager will put their house down, you have to create a new character (do NOT use your mayor). If the plot is where you want it to be, then create a house for that character so that you can save after Isabelle has given you the resident card, and then you can delete that character. If the plot is not where you want it to be, you can quit without saving and repeat the process until you like where they've plotted.
If the villager's been bought or given away by another person, normally the plot will be there next day; if you've adopted them through the campsite, it will normally take 2 days. However, I suggest you create characters every day so as to avoid surprises. :)

Unfortunately he may be stuck there. When tting to the day the villager will put there house down you have to make sure the time is 5:58am, just before 6am (as 6am is when in the game the next day starts) so that when you load up your mayor you wont be to accidently place the villager you want to plot reset. Then you save quickly and start a new character and thats when you begin plot resetting

The thing is, you shouldn't have logged in with your mayor, since Isabelle saved whatever changes took place while loading the file. That means that Beau will stay where he chose to put his house and, unless you're willing to kick him out and do the 16-villager cycle (adopt 16 villagers before being able to adopt Beau again), you'll have to deal with it, so to speak. :/
Whenever a villager plots in your town, you CANNOT pick your mayor. You have to start a new file and create a house for that character (unless you don't want the spot chosen, of course).

You don't have to change the time to right before 6 AM. You can just TT to the next day and immediately create a new character and start plot resetting.
