Question about Plot resetting?

How can you TT to the next day and then plot reset? I don't usually TT but kind of need to get these 2 villagers into my main town ASAP so that I don't risk losing them by mistake aha

I tried changing the day on my mayor and then making a new character WITHOUT loading my mayor or other character but the date hadn't saved when I went on my previous character so it was the same day still ehehe:L

You can either change the time on your 3DS or TT to just before 6:00 AM on your mayor and then save and quit before it turns to 6:00, then start a new character after 6:00.

Are you trying to plot reset them into a certain spot? I think if there's a limited number of spots it would be better to just TT to next day then do new character to see if you like that spot and then save. If its an unlimited number of spots they can move into then the trick above should suffice.

Change via. 3DS clock ^^ It worked for me and I got my favorite villagers in a great spot.
