Question about PC memberships?

So, I've played for awhile and have the basic membership thing where I can have a helper (Ursala FTW!) But, ever since the last update, there's a little thing underneath my membership card telling me to collect my 5 monthly cookies... which, as far as I know, are part of the OTHER plan. Is it just a weird way to advertise the other plan? Have they changed something about the plans? Is this a special thing to celebrate the recent update? Is it real (as in I could get the cookies) but a glitch?

Obviously I wanna take the cookies, but if this is a glitch I'm nervous to

That is an ad for the Furniture and Fashion plan. If you click on it, you won't get cookies if you aren't a member, but you can see all the old cookies now. It shows for me even though I'm a member of both plans and already claimed my cookies...

Kinda weird you still see it when you have both, though
