Question About Jingle

Well, I've ben hearing some people say that Jingle will arrive on the 24th, and some say he will come on the 25th.
Is it different for Different Countries?
Im in Canada and my Calander on the CF website says that the 25 Jingle will arrive.
Help? O_O

Nope that was a mistake, it is anytime past 8pm at night on 24th.

Yeah, I am 100% sure jingle comes on the night of December 24th.

yer, my mates a TTer ( ) and he found jingle on 24th at around about 9:30
