Hi.
Can i just spam until i get to 30 houses? Like i pick a Villager and i just drop his stuff without actually decorate and tell them that i finish until i get to 30 to unlock every feature to decorate my actual house and my villagers in the island?

Yep, that's exactly what I did with my extra characters to unlock all the features for their houses. Just add the 2 or 3 items they requested and they'll be pleased as punchy.
