Question about getting PWP requests/ FOUND

I can't remember when, but there was a thread around here about a new theory of getting PWPs and I can't find it. Does anyone remember how to do it? I finally found time to play and I really wanted to try it out!

I remember it had to do with getting a villager to say they were moving and then like milking that for PWP requests? But I can't remember exactly what and I can't find the thread.

Help would be appreciated! I'll keep looking and if I do find it, I'll link it here too.

Well that's abit risky plus not many know/try on the new trick, but one that for sure passing through many generation (joke) the diving trick!!! Go dive a 5-10min and go up,run around to see if anyone ping. Yeapp safer and more reliable~

I've done the diving trick, so I know how it works! But I'm willing try and test out the new theory! Thank you tho!
