Question about Dream House

I was wondering how it works. If you upload your town into the dream world does it update automatically with your town? I am hoping you can upload your town several times so that I can go back and see my town and how it use to be (assuming you can visit your own town)

You need to update your town from time to time at the Dream House. =)

And by updating your town you do that by sitting on the couch (which an option when talking to the lady)
