Question about Delicious Fruit

I'm trying to sell a Delicious Cherry, and the R. Parkers give me 600 Bells for 1. If I go to another town and try to sell it there, (Assuming that cherry is not their native fruit), will they give me 3,000 Bells for 1?

If this is true, can anyone open their Train Stations? I need to sell a lot of fruit.

delicious fruits sell for 6x the amount of a normal fruit, so native fruit would sell for 6x100 and foreign would sell for 6x500
