Question about dandelions

I've been reading about these and according to the wiki they count as weeds and after a while they will turn into dandelion puffs. I've blown the dandelion puffs before, but they don't seem to make more and breeding doesn't seem to work either.

Is there a way to get more of these or "breed" them? I would like to make a garden full of them.

No, they don't spread or breed in any way. You could keep moving them and replanting them in one place but since they die and turn to puffs you might not get that big of a garden. You can put them in your house in pots -- both the live yellow kind and the puffs.

I guess I'll just have to stockpile them as and when more appear and see if anyone is willing to give/trade some. Though putting them in a house is a neat idea. I'll have to make a greenhouse at some point.

You might want to be weary that they also randomly die without having a wilted version. I was collecting them together by my cafe the past few days and today half of them just dissapeared for no reason.
I'm not sure if daily watering will prevent this or not.

Ooh, really? I've never seen that. I always leave them to die and never noticed that happening.

If you blow the puffs in a clear space more dandelions will grow. I get a new spawn from each puff that way n__n And lf course they randomly spawn occasionally.

I only planted one bunch and they have been randomly popping up in other parts of the village.
