Question about cycling?

So This is my first time cycling someone and would like to know quick methods to cycle a villager out. I only have 1 spot to cycle so it might take awhile.
ALSO if you want. You can give me your villagers (mainly tier 5) so that I can speed the cycle process so that I can get Mira and won't have to wait for the campsite. Thanks
