Okay, so a while back, Fauna snuck out of my town without telling me, and I've been cycling to get her back.
I never thought to keep count, but I've had several move out.
Now here is my question:
For villagers to count towards that 16, do they have to be voided, or do villagers that other people have taken count, too?
Because most of the ones I've moved out have moved to someone else's town.
