My friend customized a rock guitar and she wants to give it to me, but the thing is she can't give it to me, is this because that she is using one of her designs?

If she puts it up at her Re-Tail you will be able to buy it. But I'm pretty sure you'll need to have her design saved in your pattern file for it to work properly.
