Question about campsite spawn

I haven't opened my game yet so I don't know if this is possible.
Could anyone test if the place the campsite spawns can be changed before you open the game in a fashion similar to plot resetting?

I'd say no (without actually testing it), because once you've updated the game, you're directly loaded in-game, you can't create a new character right after updating...
