I have Gladys in my campsite and not interested in taking her but would love to give the opportunity for someone else too. In case she's a dreamie to someone.

So if someone comes to visit and talks to her can they ask her to move to their island?

You can only recruit villagers from other islands if they are moving out of their own home. The campsite doesnt count as that.
